The parcel, which covers a land area of 596,498 sq m and has a potential floor area of 1.25 million sq m, consists of five parts. On the site, Poly will start a high-end residential property project at end of this year, said Wang Quanliang, general manager of Poly's Chongqing subsidiary.
A senior official of a local property firm in Chongqing said that the resale price of the Poly's project will exceed RMB 6,000 per sq m. The prices of the surrounding apartments are between RMB 6,700 per sq m and RMB 6,800 per sq m.
In May, Poly recorded sales revenue of RMB 4.2 billion through the sale of 573,900 sq m of property, sources reported.
